GRC For Executives
Workshop Overview
(2-day workshop) – This executive program introduces Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) as an integrated organizational capability that enables informed decision-making, protects enterprise value, and strengthens accountability across strategy, operations, and major initiatives. The course moves beyond fragmented governance, risk registers, and compliance checklists to present practical, business-driven applications of GRC, focusing on how executives govern organizations, manage uncertainty, and ensure compliance without constraining performance. Participants will gain clarity on roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and oversight mechanisms, and how GRC is applied in real executive contexts such as strategy execution, investments, transformations, and operations.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
Understand GRC as an integrated management system, not isolated functions
Apply governance principles to organizational, portfolio, and operational contexts
Identify, assess, and manage risks that impact strategic and business objectives
Distinguish between value-adding controls and unnecessary bureaucracy
Apply compliance requirements pragmatically while supporting business performance
