KPIs and OKRs for Performance Management

Workshop Overview

This program equips leaders, strategists, PMO teams, and performance managers with the full capability to design, implement, and manage meaningful KPIs and OKRs.

The course blends strategic foundations, performance measurement, target setting, and advanced integration of KPIs/OKRs with dashboards, reviews, and execution discipline.

Instead of placing all practice at the end, the program now integrates hands-on exercises every day, ensuring participants build skill progressively and apply concepts directly to real organizational challenges.

The course is fully aligned with the KPI Mega Library (36,000 KPIs) and the certified methodology used across government, defense, and private sectors.
