Workshop Overview

Day 1 - Foundations of Change introduces leaders to the Science of Change—our natural Survive ↔ Thrive responses, the limits of traditional hierarchies, and Kotter's research-based strategies for leading complex transformations. Participants learn to apply the 8 Accelerators and 4 Change Principles to dramatically increase their success in driving change initiatives.

Day 2 - This course equips leaders to navigate volatility, disruption, and ambiguity by understanding the human hard-wired Survive vs Thrive responses. Participants learn to reframe challenges as opportunities, sustain performance under pressure, and lead themselves and their teams with clarity and resilience.

  7. Helps participants assess their own Survive/Thrive patterns and reframe disruption into opportunities.

  8. Provides 5 proven tactics to reduce Survive-inducing noise and activate Thrive conditions.
