Workshop Overview
(2 days workshop) - This executive program introduces Portfolio, Program, and Project Governance (P3G) as a board- and executive-level governance system for directing, overseeing, and controlling investments and initiatives in line with organizational objectives. Anchored in the 10 Foundations of P3G, the course clarifies how effective governance ensures clear accountability, informed decision-making, transparency, and assurance, while avoiding over-control and bureaucracy. Rather than focusing on delivery techniques, the program concentrates on how executives govern, how decisions are made and escalated, how value and risk are overseen, and how assurance is achieved across portfolios, programs, and projects.

- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across portfolios, programs, and projects.
- Apply governance principles to investment approval, prioritization, and oversight.
